Helmi manages the Helmi Talib Group on the whole, and provides professional steer and guidance to all seven entities.
Having begun his career at a Big 4 accounting firm, Helmi gained audit experience in a range of entity sizes – from local traders to large subsidiaries of multinational corporations and listed companies; and specializes in leading audits in the engineering and construction sectors.
Helmi also served as a Board Member of the International Association of Practicing Accountants (IAPA) (2005 – 2009), Vice Chairman (2009 – 2012) and Chairman of IAPA International (2012 – 2015).

John co-leads the audit team at Exelient PAC, providing technical steer and guidance on due diligence engagements, US GAAP/GAAS reporting requirements for SEC engagements, initial public offerings and internal audits.
Having spent some of his career at a Big 4 accounting firm, John holds extensive experience auditing both private and public sector entities of various sizes – from small-to-medium-sized entities to multinational companies based in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. John currently specializes in construction, financial services, freight forwarding, trading, manufacturing, real estate and charity sectors.

Mari Jane co-leads the audit team at Exelient PAC, providing technical steer and guidance on financial reporting standards and risk management. Her portfolio includes projects spanning internal control compliance reviews against Sarbanes-Oxley and Japanese SOX standards, process improvement advisory on financial reporting processes and internal control enhancement projects and US GAAP/GAAS reporting requirements for SEC engagements.
Having begun her career at a Big 4 accounting firm, she joined the Helmi Talib Group in 2017 with experience in audits of banks, fund management, and insurance companies, listed companies and multinationals.

Jaypee supports the Audit Partners in managing the team at Exelient PAC, delivering high quality audits in the charity, electronics, financial services, leisure and hospitality, manufacturing, media and entertainment, real estate, shipping and transportation sectors.
Having begun his career at a Big 4 accounting firm, Jaypee gained experience auditing a variety of sectors and honed his management skills to effectively motivate his team.
